The Douglas Group is a private company intermediary founded in 1991 to provide high quality professional services to middle market business owners seeking profit through sale of their business, or growth through acquisition.
Approximately 90% of our work is representation of middle market companies in business sale, and the remainder involves purchase or joint venture negotiations for specific targeted transactions, assistance with management buyouts, or other planning projects relating to possible equity exchange or financing/structural issues.
